I applied for a star health insurance policy on July 2nd 2022. Paid the amount Rs.83810.
I did not get any response from insurer so cancelled the policy on 7th July,
It is close to 40 days and I am yet to receive refund, I keep getting g apology emails shifting the refund date. Sample email below.
