At very biggining when purchasing policy i did mention my mother has bp and thyroid problem, why your advisor did not tell the very first day this policy will not go through, then you forced us to medical test and now deducting 1000 rs from premium amount, thats ridiculous, you played game with customer, i need my complete premium back without any deduction, why did you ask to go for pre medical check up when you knew this policy will not go through, as the reason mentioned for rejection i told already the advisor at very first day still he asked to go further and assured me for everything.
Your one advisor told to purchase aditya birla policy on 28th feb and i called today on 17/03/2020 and your advisor said dnt buy aditya birla polciy they are fake they do this and that, i have call recordings every email you have sent what i said to you and what you have done, i will take this to consumer court.
