Policy Bazaar — refund of premium amount rs. 3000 of policy no. [protected]

I had purchased an investment policy of bajaj allianz policy no. [protected] through policy bazaar in September and cancelled this policy in October through bajaj allianz. They confirmed about the cancellation and refunded 1st installment of premium on 25 October. While in the process of free look cancellation, policy bazaar deducted 2nd installment of premium amount rs. 3000 on 14 October. Since that day I was continuously in contact with bankbazaar and policy bazaar. Bank bazaar replied they didn't receive 2nd installment as premium was deducted by policy bazaar in process of free look cancellation period. I sent a no. Of e-mail and contacted so many times to policy bazaar regarding this query but policy bazaar didn't respond through e-mail and talked rudely on this matter, they always disconnect the call or put on hold for long time. I'm fed up with response from policy bazaar, it's more than 20 days of deduction of premium but policy bazaar is not responding satisfactory on my query. I request you to refund my installment of rs. 3000 at earliest.
