Hi sir, We put car insurance through policy bazaar via online on 27/12/2018 but still we are not getting insurance copy... I asked your customer care they said it will take 24 hours again and again... No proper response from your end... I need immediate action to taken its very urgent... Only transaction acknowledgement and policy details we got as message... I asked bank, they said we are not received any payment... Please do the needful... I enclosed all transaction and details of attachment... If i am not getting policy copy or refund amount... I will raise complaint to irda... I need immediate action...
