I kiran devi, mobile no. [protected] booked a policy on dated 13 sep 2019, and I have paid an amount of rs.11613 against policy booking no.[protected], for my car DL1CAB7322, but till date your team is fail to do the policy . I have called more that 50 times by my other mobile number [protected].but every time got reply after 48 hours your policy will issued.still my car is standing at my house and I am using public transport for daily work, which is very deficult to me cause of policy bazaar .I want to know that, is this your working culture to dealing with customer .I feel very harassed by policy bazar so, now I am requesting to you please cancel my booking no[protected] and refund my amount as soon as possible . This plateform is fully fake... I have continue following of my reimbursement payments. But no response from claim diptt. Staff is uneducated and not trained. Policy No. Is..[protected].
