Policy bazar acts as an agent between customer and the insurance company, which bounds it to intervene if any issue arises. I have an insurance from iffco tokio company through policy bazar. Recently, i had to raise a claim for the damage in my car using iffco tokio app. Iffco tokio, after assessing the damage, credited rs16815 to my account. But the amount which is to be incurred on the repairing is more than that (Which i got to know from the workshop later). When i told the same to policy bazar, they refused to do anything saying that it's between you and iffco tokio. Was this information helpful? |
