[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Renewal of two wheeler insurance both third party and personal accident cover.

I initiated the renewal of my two wheeler insurance both third party and personal accident cover on 13 and 14/02/2021 respectively. I contacted Mr. Shivharinarayan through your chatbot PBee, who confirmed that the soft copy of both the policies were sent to my registered email id. But even after a lapse one whole day still there is no soft copy on my registered email id. How long should I still wait?
