Policy Bazaar — Rude Behavior and explanation of policy falsely | |||
One of the agent of policy bazaar, name Vaibhav, contact-[protected], operating from Mumbai is literally the most damaged salesman/agent I have ever seen. I contacted policy bazaar because I was looking for investment plans. At first, policybazaar should understand if a customer is querying for a policy, it necessarily doesn't mean he is gonna buy the policy. I was unfortunate to get Agent Mr. Vaibhav on line, and he start explaining me the policy benefits. I realized he is making me false commitments about Annualized Return rate which I questioned to him, then he got frightened and transferred the call to his senior who was a lady. Upon examining the policy, I told him, I will do some RnD then will get back to you, and he saved my number and pinged me on Whats app. After few days, he start pinging me again forcing me to buy policy, which again I said right now market is high, I will think about it later and get back to you. Then again after few days, he start pinging me about the same. Later when I told him, that bhai market is high right now, it's not a good time to invest in ULIP plans, then he became rude and start telling me that, "Tum nhi le paogey policy, rehne do, tumare lie agent hi shi hai. You wasted my time" I mean what kind of behavior is this, if you are not a good salesman, it doesn't mean u can force a Customer to buy the policy and then ending up with such a statement.
