Policy Bazaar — Rude behaviour of Customer Executive

I checked details on line and then a customer care executive (Ashutosh) called me and explained the details of a policy to me. I told him clearly that right now i am exploring the options and will not buy policy immediately.
He called me after a couple of days today i.e. Sunday March 13 and asked me again about why i am not buying it. I repeated that i will purchase it after few days probably next month. But he insisted to which i said no. He rudely said something and then disconnected the phone just like that. This kind of behaviour is not expected. When you want a customer to come onboard you talk in a good way but when you feel that it may get delayed or may not come then you suddenly turn rude. I will definitely NOT buy my policy from Policy Bazaar now. You have lost a potential customer and will also earn their bad word of mouth for references. Thanks JB singh [protected]
