Policy Bazaar — server error at policy bazaar, money deducted without policy, no refund not given

I tried to book policy for my new vehicle on 5th May 2019, After payment transaction there were server error from Policy bazaar.com and policy did not generated. I called to customer care at Policy bazaar they said no policy generated So I tool the policy from dealer.

to get my money from Policy bazaar, com I called/emailed them multiple times but as of now my money is not returned.
