Policy Bazaar — tata-aig car policy through policy bazaar not according to commitment | |||||
I have taken a tata-aig private car policy through policy bazaar and concerned agent is babita bhatt, pw04631. After all negotiation, i have paid rs 37782/- online and the policy i received is completely is different. I have subsequently wriiten to [protected]@policybazaar.com twice on followings. 1) is it nil dep policy? 2) clause ta01 says paying of depreciated proportion of part value. So it is comprehensive policy and not auto secure-pearl policy. Please clarify 3) no mention on 100% cover on all part except tyres etc... By50% 4) one time repair on glass/plastic etc with no impact ncb To my surprise i am not getting any reply after payment is over & repeated reminder. No one receives call at help line [protected] The fact is i received a sub-standard policy against commitment of auto secure-pearl nil dep policy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
