I have been facing issues with a refund application on the cancellation of Term insurance as below attached.
It has been three months since I have been following-up with your team but getting nonfavorable response on it. Every time your executive says, the refund should get processed by this week next week but to date, I'm not have received it.
I request to kindly be responsive and help your client instead of calling for new business every time.
While getting new business your team seems quite responsive and quick but while providing service it doesn't seem to be the same.
Clients have to face a lot of problems due to this so kindly improve your response time on service instead of acquiring new business it will help you in long term.
Looking forward to receive final service and help on my refund application.
