Policy Bazaar — term insurance - intentional misguidance & no support for cancellation | |
I have raised multiple concerns to cancel my term insurance purchased on march 31st 2020 but no luck so far. Concern 1 : intentional miguidance from policy bazaar representative. He pushed me with a policy that is not suitable for me by giving false information despite knowing my requirement. Concern 2 : i have raised a request to cancel my policy on april 2nd 2020. I was informed through a phone call that i will be notified once after checking with the vendor by policy bazaar' end. And the premium will be refunded to my account. But no action was taken till date. I am not even able to get any info apart from the email id of the vendor. Concern 3 : spoke to multiple agents from policy bazaar, all of them sharing the email id to cancel my policy. No ownership was taken regarding the misguidance from their agent and refund of the premium. Hoping to get a responsible response from policy bazaar. Was this information helpful? | |
