Policy Bazaar — Took money but didn't process my policy. its been two months | |
I purchased a policy on May 31, 2021. And today is July 31, 2021, and my policy hasn't been processed yet. As instructed by Policy Bazaar, I completed my medical check-up from the center assigned to me. Here's a screenshot of the message I got from Policy Bazaar via WhatsApp. I completed my medical checkup on June 5, 2021, as mentioned in the message After completing the checkup, I had many bad experiences from the Policy Bazaar service. My application's status hasn't changed yet. It's still the same. These are the executives I talked already: Anmol Dutta (BPW20565) Simran Kaur (BPW21694) Vaibhav Thakur (BPW22439) Priya (BPW10493) Divya Dubal (BPW22449) Tarun Mavi (BPW22338) Mansi Barjatya (BPW18840) Mohd Shadab (BPW23193) I talked to these executives from Policy Bazaar. Every time I enquire about my application, they all say the same thing. These executives make fake promises and assure me that my application will be processed in two days and it's been two ### months now.
