Policy Bazaar — transaction failure but amount deducted from account

I made a payment (Rs. 12237.5) for car insurance on policy bazaar web site. Transaction was successful at bank site but pb site showing transaction failed.
Amount has been deducted form my account.
Bank customer care saying transaction was successful and they also provided me prn (Payment reference number) but pb customer care saying we didn't get the amount.
Please take appropriate action so that i can get my amount back.
