Policy Bazaar — travel policy purchased from policy bazaar | |||||
Hi, I've purchased a travel policy from policy bazaar, during the purchase, they told that everything is included in this. During my travel, my baggage was broken by the airlines and when i came back from my travel, i logged a claim from policy bazaar. After raising a claim, policy bazaar team told me this is not included and they have started playing with the words, as this was not written in the policy, i asked them to provide me a written document stating that, they don't have any documented evidences for that.
