Hello team,
I am completed my payment to policy bazar w. R. T. My two wheeler insurance on 18 oct 2017. There is multiple complaints against policy bazar:-
1. After completing my payment i didn't get any confirmation mail/message from policy bazar for confirmation that my payment successfully done. After when i call to customer care they told me that my payment is done.
2. After no. Of calls & emails from my end on (20 oct 2017) they said me that my policy is not generated & they will refund my amount, but suddenly in evening they share my policy document with me.
3. On policy soft copy they print incorrect insured name & address.
4. I request them to please change insured name & address you print wrong name.
5. Then, they ask for no. Of document invoice, previous year policy, rc copy (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy they don't require any document but, just for correction they require all those document)
6. I forwarded that document too, and now they told that rc copy is not clear & all stupid things too just waste my time. (Noted:- at the time of buying new policy i fill all correct details on policy form still, they print incorrect name & address)
7. Now, i just want my all my amount + 5000 for wasting these much of my time. Was this information helpful? |
