Policy Bazaar — unable to cancel a policy and no help or support from cs for taking an alternative policy | |||||
I had taken a 2 wheeler policy of iffco tokyo from policy bazaar.in spite of regular follow up i am still not able to make a changes in the policy or cancel the policy or take an alternate policy. Each time the customer service keeps on transferring the call from service department to sales department and vice versa. I am also not getting a proper response for my emails. Very poor support. Did i not expected this from policy bazaar. Need a right person to help me with the issue immediately. Please help asap.
