Policy Bazaar — Unable to cancel sip of bajaj booked through policy bazaar | |||||
Unable to cancel a policy booked through www.policybazaar.com. its been over 10 days when i first requested for cancellation. On their grievance system you can only talk to ivr and as soon as the call has to be transferred you are put on hold for 5 minutes and then the call disconnects automatically. Unable to cancel the policy bought and now no confirmation is being given from their end. I case i am still unable to get confirmation, i'll have to take it to consumer forum.
