Dear sir/madam, Myself sh. Chayan basu, (Application no.[protected] disagree with your proposal against revised offer sent by you. Therefore, you are advised to pay back the whole amount as soon as possible paid against the policy. Along with want to draw your kind attention that, i'm extremely dis-satisfied by the services & miss-communication of policy bazaar & max communication team to not provide complete details against the policy.
