Policy Bazaar — wrong vehicle details placed in the policy by their executive | |||
The worst experience of my entire life with policy bazzar as i have used it for the first time following problem still persisting : 1. Policy issued on wrong vehicle number 2. Following up for correction since 15 days 3. Ended with cancellation request for the same policy 4. An fbi level investigation going on since 10 days. 5. Zero level of commitment. 6. Lack o[censored]nderstanding between policy bazaar and insurance companies 7. Executive put you on hold for 15 min and talk for 30 seconds after that and that too without any solution. 8. They try to make u linger on from monday to friday then holiday comes and the same loop starts from next monday. Was this information helpful? | |||
