I had paid for my car policy, however after the amount was charged the portal popped up a message ' payment failure'. Post that I got my policy done offline. Two days later I get an update with the policy cover note . I approached them with the issue and they said they will cancel the policy once I submit the offline policy details. I have already submitted my documents long back and now its been over 2.5 months. Every time I approach them they say the underwriting team is working on the request.
