Policybazaar — Health Insurance delay

I have made payment for porting my health insurance policy from Universal Sompo to Royal Sundaram Arogya sanjeevani health insurance. I paid Rs.9267 on 15th June. Still waiting for update on my policy. Everyday when I reach them, they say tomorrow or 2 to 3 days issue will be resolved but till date it is pending and I have not received the policy. Please help.
