Poonam Furniture — took advance money & furniture not delivered

Mr Kishore who is the owner of this furniture shop keeps rescheduling the delivery date every time I call him. He is rude and arrogant while having a conversation. I have paid 25000 money and have also asked him to return the money and cancel the order if he cannot fulfill the order but he is clever and changes his tone and disconnects the call. He told me that he does not have control over his staff who does not listen to him and is helpless, which is actually a not true.

If he was in person in front of me I would have physically assaulted him and embarrassed in public. I want to file a case against this man and pull him to court. Please suggest me the action I should be taking to set up a legal action against his guy and his company and take my advance money back along with compensation towards the hassle I have gone through!!!
