Mr Kishore who is the owner of this furniture shop keeps rescheduling the delivery date every time I call him. He is rude and arrogant while having a conversation. I have paid 25000 money and have also asked him to return the money and cancel the order if he cannot fulfill the order but he is clever and changes his tone and disconnects the call. I booked a furniture (Sofa set and Coat) from Poonam furniture on 28th April 2012 and paid the money. As per the comitment they have to deliver the material on the same day. They are not deliver the material on the same day eventhough they were not in a posiiton to deliver the material on the next day. At last they deliver the material. Out of this one sofa was damaged.
