The worst showroom ever under Popular is the one at Nagampadom, Kottayam. We booked a Swift Dzire in the first week of January 2023. The Manager himself promised sure delivery in two months and we paid 5k rupees as booking amount. Afterwards, he would never promptly attend calls and keep telling that the vehicle had already started from there. Wr booked through CSD. I wonder whether that is their reason for avoidance. Then it is against the Central Government provisions, as such. No one responds, no responsibility, no follow up, nothing. Please do not ever go to this place. They did not even return the booking amount. Even now the vehicle has not come. We cancelled a few weeks back, but no refunding yet. I have never come across such a worse situation.
