The worst showroom ever under Popular is the one at Nagampadom, Kottayam. We booked a Swift Dzire in the first week of January 2023. The Manager himself promised sure delivery in two months and we paid 5k rupees as booking amount. Afterwards, he would never promptly attend calls and keep telling that the vehicle had already started from there. Wr booked through CSD. I wonder whether that is their reason for avoidance. Then it is against the Central Government provisions, as such. No one responds, no responsibility, no follow up, nothing. Please do not ever go to this place. They did not even return the booking amount. Even now the vehicle has not come. We cancelled a few weeks back, but no refunding yet. I have never come across such a worse situation. Thinking of taking legal action if they do not return the money this week.

I have ordered a new SWIFT Zxi on last month February 6th. The executives promisedus to deliver the vehicle on february last week or on march 1st week. But there is no response from them till today. They are'nt even answering the phone calls. Even if they answers they will tell me that they will make a call back. They are very irresponsive.so that i need an appropriate solution for this problem immediately.

I have done a booking for maruti 800 Deo AC-LPG on 5th JAN 2011 through Popular vehicles and Services Ltd,DC1801, Karamana. I have paid an amount of rs.1000 against recipt No.2473 dated 5th-jan-2011.
