1. I have paid Rs 229/- on line for purchase of Flip Cover for XOLO Black 1X mobile on dtd 28/11/2015.
2. After 3 days, they wrote me that, the required product is not available and they promise to deliver another product namely "XOLO Black 1X Universal flip cover" which rate was rs. 199/- rs. 20/(discount)= Rs. 179/.
3. I agreed.
4. Again after 2 days, they wrote me due to incomplete Shipping Address the product could not be deliver. I send the same address again.
5.On 14.12.2015 I have received the product. But the product is non branded and seems like a product of Rs. 10/-
6. The product is not fit for the model & the size is larger than the ordered item.
7. Hence, I want the amount to be refunded to me or supply the required product

The website says "In Stock' when you place the order. You receive an update for the successful order as well.
A few moments later they send you an email that the product is "Not in Stock' and suggest an alternate cheaper looking variant.
If you check the website (after you have received a mail about the product not being in stock), the product still shows as 'In Stock'
