The picture shown while selling is of original product. But the item shipped is fake chinese duplicate items.

The customer care number given is never reachable/ answered

the communication address given is incomplete. You can never reach them as the plot/house number isn't given.

No bill/warranty given for product.

Never buy items from this site. Its fraud

      I had ordered sony xperia z ultra for 44000 but they gave me an xperia z1 which is only 43000 so now i just want to refund my money back so please do so quickly. This is a really stupid part on ur side

              I have purchased the item " Flip Cover for XOLO One HD - Universal" on 23rd Jan 2016 & paid full amount. They are shared the track no on on dot courier on 05th feb 2016 & expect date on 16th Feb 2016. We are tracked the no shocked, bcoz it's not valid. we are enquired to on dot courier team & they confirmed that track id is invalid. We are mailed & called to portamart no response.

              Request to guide me what can i do next.

                Dear Sir,
                I have ordered from the aforementioned website a back cover for my father's cell phone vide order id 168512 they cancelled the order two days later in the month of January stating that the product is not in the stock however it was in the stock at the time of order i have raised a case against them in their parent website www.instamojo.com against which they said my refund is failed due to that case then they asked me for my account details for the NEFT transaction stating that the refund will be completed in 10-15 days i have sent the mail on 4th feb, 2016 but still after 20 days no reply from their end.

                In the light of above kindly give preference to my complaint.

                            I have ordered (Order ID : 157235) battery for Micromax doodle (A240) on 14.12.2015 and requested express delivery. I have received the parcel on 01.01.2016. The battery provided to me was in loose packing without any manufacturing date. The battery is not working and faulty. When I have requested for replacement or refund, they have replied that as per our return policy you have no notify us within maximum 24-48 hours of delivery.

                            They are expecting me to respond within 24-48 hours for faulty battery and they can not deliver even after 15 days after making payment for express delivery (charged Rs. 29 extra). Even, they took 3 days time to respond.

                            Please don't buy from Portamart. I have received used and faulty product.

                                  I had ordered a power bank from portamart site. On site different picture was given in catalog, but the product that was delivered was totally different. When I mailed them regarding the return, they didn't replied and even when I called their customer care number, my call was never answered. I did warned them several times but they didn't replied to my mails. I claimed for return the moment I got their product, still they never responded properly. I request you to take strict action against them. They are just harassing their customer a lot. I'm attaching the images of "what was in catalog" & "what I got".
