We have new born twins in the family. As anyone would understand we thought of taking some help. We called portea and they were ready to send a nurse for the babies. This is for the night support and "pushpa" is the supervisor who introduced us to "soma". We agreed, but that night was the worst night. The lady didn't know to handle the babies, was impatient blaming them if they were moving while feed or changing diaper. She said she knows to feed them external feed. But in that also more than the babies, she was getting cranky. Her fingers had big and dirty nails. And we told her, you can't have such big nails. She didnt know she needs to use sanitiser or soap every time she changes diaper or before taking the babies. The supervisor had told that she has 1 year experience and is trained nurse. When we saw her way of handling the babies, we asked her where has she worked before, she said this is first time she is working. We asked which hospital she is trained. She said she has forgotten the name of the hospital and she got the training for 1 month. Before that she was in kolkata. We asked where in kolkata she said she has forgotten the hospital name. We just survived through the night as we couldn't throw her outoff of our house at night. But we didnt give her the babies. Guys, if you think you cant manage please think again before calling them. Ask for right certificates from them like experience, qualification etc. Ask for trial first. Then only decide on getting them. I suspect most the people they have are fake and not trained at all.
