I hired this company to get physiotherapy for my mother in Hyderabad In November 2021. After payment of Rs. 5500 for 10 visits, the customer reps stopped responding completely. They never showed up for any sessions after that. I then requested for a refund but they never refunded the money I paid. This is the worst company I have seen in all this time. This company should be closed to prevent others from suffering the same fate

I had taken auto CPAP machine on rental for 3 months from Portea for my mother Mrs. Sukla Kar. The machine was returned to Portea on 24th Sep'21. However, till date I have not received the refund amount from Portea after waiting more than a month now. I have been following up with the customer care regularly and they just give me a date everytime I call them, but the amount never gets credited to my bank account. Please help!!...

Hi, I am getting harrassed by Portea. I bought a ZenOlite portable oxygen concentrator from Portea. After 2-3 months o[censored]se, machine started giving problem. Portea customer care picked the machine for service. Its been approximately 2 months and the are not delivering my machine back. My father can't go out of his room as he is Oxygen dependent. I feel like Cheated. Making daily followup but no success. They have assigned me a relationship manager who could not help me (Mr Ashish Mishra). Can any one suggest what action can I take here? My patient health will further deteriorate if he stays at his room. Please suggest me what to do.

I availed services for home nursing in March 2020. The bill/receipt has not been provided to date.
Services were hired from your outlet at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
First, the coordinator quit. I have been repeatedly requesting the new cood Ms Ruksana, with no success. She told me that due to Covid, she was not able to get response from the back office.Now after 6 months she has promised to get me the same as the load has reduced. but no such luck.

My sample was collected on 26 July 2021 28 July I got my reports there have mentioned that my vdrl blood report are positive
After that 3 time Im done with the same blood test with different defferent lab
But 3 times come negative report
Really very unsatisfied bad experience
I do not suggest to anyone portea

Portea did not refund rs 5000 security deposit even after more than 3 months of my father's demise. My wife repeatedly called and reminded them but to no avail. This is the worst experience one can have from a company. Patient id is 643694. My father left for his heavenly abode on 2nd december 2018 and today we are in march 2019, but no response yet received. We are deeply disappointed that at the time of availing services we have to pay all expenses at once including security deposit but it takes forever to get a refund. I will never recommend portea to any of my friend/relatives in future.

Myself and my wife have given a sample to the portea third party but after 48 hours when i did not hear from them, i escalated it to the customer care and then that realized that they have destroyed the sample. From here they have started covering their fault and asking me the blood sample only for once. I have given sample for many testes but they were asking only for one test which they want to pretend that rest all sample was good but this is not the truth and eventually they lost all the samples for both applicants’ strongly suggest that do not go with portea lab test. They will give you n numbers of cash back and voucher offers to hid their unprofessional services. So not to believe the team. They are coming and collect the sample without any proper preservation etc. They have many loop holes so that is my suggestion rest all up to you all.

We have new born twins in the family. As anyone would understand we thought of taking some help. We called portea and they were ready to send a nurse for the babies. This is for the night support and "pushpa" is the supervisor who introduced us to "soma". We agreed, but that night was the worst night. The lady didn't know to handle the babies, was impatient blaming them if they were moving while feed or changing diaper. She said she knows...

This is to complaint about 2 lab tests which were done through portea for patient id por656590. Even though after making cash payments for both tests, the amount of rs. 2053/- is showing as pending on me on portea site. This is because the lab technician has not deposited the cash money. I have got lap reports for both tests which is proof of the fact that payment has been made.

I had availed 24 hours post pregnancy care from portea... The only reason being they had a tie up with cloud nine hospital.

Initially the first 10 days was a difficult task to get in touch with the co ordinators to discuss my concerns about the attended (Janaki) sent to home for help due to there personal emergencies and only after 10 days i was able to actually discuss and sit one on one with them and raise my issues they...

I am Dr.Prodip Mondal.i rented a bipap machine from Portea on 5/6/18 for my father..and i returned it on 5/9/18 and the company checked allthrough the machine...for this machine i deposited 15000 rupees as security deposit on 5/6/18 with 1 month rental 5500/-.here the company has to returned the money within 7 working days by NEFT on my bank account as they claim on there terms & condition (image attached with this application).but now its about 19 days over.i called them several times but they are not helping me.they said that they lodge a complain against it bt after some time they disconnect the line. And the complain no is 277584. i have all the documents when i rented the equipment n when i returned it & the rent details as i pay the rent for 3 consecutive months (June, July, august).plz help me.

We have been appointed a physiotherapist by name latha. This lady is very unprofessional. I have a patient at home who needs a therapist every day but this lady never turns up. I am very disappointed about the service of portea. I will now put my reviews on social media. You guy does not keep up with your promises.

Worst service by portea.

All, i am having really bad experience with portea, they are lier and they do fake commitments to their customer. On 31st march i order one oxygen concerntrater from portea for my father, who was suffering with serious lungs infection. They charged 5000 rent for each month and 10000 deposite, in total 15000 i deposited in their account. Portea said we will refund the deposit, when you will return the equipment. Unfortunately my father passed away on 24th april 2018 and i returned their equipment, they took my account details and assured me to transfer 10000 in 10/12 working days. I have call them and confirmed 7 times in last 1 month and they every time lie that it will be done 2mrw. Yesterday (23/may/2018) i spoke with one of their supervisor who re assured me but again no money came in my account.

Given sample on jan 23 didn't get any reports i have called portrait for 7 times they say reports will be published in 15 mins. Then after a hour they it's karnataka bund then they say it takes 5 days. Useless people and service written 3 emails not even a reply. Irresponsible people who keep repeating the same script given without listening to the customer.

I take on rent one equipment by paying security deposit of inr 10000/- even after returning the equipment, the deposit was not refunded back to me. All the customer cell team keep telling that as per their finance department, it is done and now they cant do anything. The number of transaction was also wrong.

Be careful with the company since they are just fraudulently keeping security deposit.

I gave a blood sample at my home in kolkata at 8 30 am on 23/11/17 for testing their routine package of rs899 and was assured by the technician collecting the blood that in all probability, soft copy of the results would be made available the same day, if not, it would be surely available the next day. Now, after 36 hours and requesting the kolkata office to expedite the process, nothing has turned up as yet. I used to get my blood tested at home by thyrocare, who never failed to post the results positively within 24 hours. Hence, i would request you not to rely on the dubious portea as far as blood test is concerned..

Hi, i availed portea's services in new delhi and asked them for a nurse who could come home and give some injections and saline through an iv.
The nurse (Om raj meena - [protected]) arrived friday afternoon (13th october, 2017) for the same.
He could not inject the iv properly, he punctured the veins in both places and my friend is left writhing in pain as the veins has swollen - we are clueless as to how long will it take to heal (Although it has only been an hour since the incident).
I would recommend portea to be shut down and spare people all the suffering, and i would also like a comensation for my time and health hazard caused by portea's indispensable nurse - mr. Om raj meena, who had no idea what he was doing and left the house after 2 unsuccessful attempts of iv injection, 2 swollen veins and 2 punctured places on the skin - both of which are equally unfortunate and causing my friend excruciating pain.
Hope our complaint is resolved soon.

In regards to my services of lab tests (Fathar day, ppbs, hba1c), amt. 1505/rs.- paid by cash, dated: 03/05/2018 to mr. Ashok tiwari, voucher no. 205284.

As, mr. Ashok was not available to do my post fasting tests, he contacted me and gave me wierd reasons for not being available as he was in a different location and was suggesting me to do blood tests on my own. Also, when i spoke to the portea customer care, they assured me that they would talk to him and convince him to come for the lab tests, but that did not go well with mr. Ashok and he called me multiple times to tell me that the results will not be positive, if i come late and you should be testing elsewhere.

This experience has been very stressfull and i had to miss a day of test results to be shown to my doctor.

After following up with customer service, they have not taken any action and are not refunding my amount of 1505/- rs.

P. S. I am not getting any positive results on calling the customer care.

I would urge people to not approach such fraud organisations and better do a quality check or pay the amount only after receiving reports.

They collected my blood for examination, received report after 3 days. But the report was wrong. When I called them to explain they said they take very good care and have international standard examining system, where as they hire a local patho labs and send for collection and examination. I told them that I wanted to speak to somebody who can understand and take decisions. So a doctor named Dr. Nitesh called me and told me the same thing...

I saw M/S Portea Ad on facebook and took physiotherapy sessions( Portea ID POR 237078) for back ache. As advised by Physiotherapist I asked Portea for Uric acid, Vitamin D & B 12 tests. I paid Rs.2140 at the time of blood sample collection on 25/08/2016. The reciept no. is 160712. Clinician name is Mr. Imran Ahmed.
He told me that within 24 hours you will receive the results. On 29th August I told non receipt of test results from Portea to Physiotherapist and sent a mail also to Portea. Till date I have no response from Portea. I want Portea to refund the money because if they send report now it will certainly be a fabricated one.

i am Supreeth, i am staying in one of the PG in banglore with Portea workers . from few months i am seeing portea guys, they have facing the issue with daily foods and even about salary and some other things, that guys life is going very difficult in banglore and also some other cities i think, because they were staying in Paying guests, they were not getting much food they can have and also not hygenic food from PGs, if they ask for more food the PG replaying very rudely with portea guys, PG guys told that From portea (manager) we are not getting much amount, in that amount we are afford to give much food that u expect, plz can i tell me whom should i blame, Can i Blame Portea or PG or those who are working in portea(such a innocent guys) now what is the solution for this, if they were facing same issue the resignation of workers will be more soon (few people were left banglore to their native only regarding food problems ) every day they were fighting with PG people we in from them several time but portea domblur office workers like money eaters, they were tieup with pg owners then playing with the innocent portea guys, make It correct Portea, make their life and give space to leave their life happly, bye

We availed 24 hrs Nursing Service for my 3 months old baby as he had undergone surgery so we wanted trained and qualified nurse to look after my baby for few days. In the website they claim "Our nurses are highly qualified. Most of them are ICU-trained." by the fact is they are just attenders and not done any Nursing. They are Fake.
