I am booked all india parcel services with INR 354 final amount which I pre-paid. Now the company is not delivering my parcel mentioning that diameters of carton is not matching as per the required diameters and I need to pay INR 480 extra to receive the parcel. The company never informed me this extra payment amount earlier, how can they derive the amount later on and hold off my parcel. Was this information helpful? |
