I have booked Porter mover and packers services for my house shifting and they have stolen my water purifier and never returned. I have been following up with them on the same from last 21 days and the entire team just try to manipulate only and do not help.

I am extremely frustrated with the complete mismanagement, false commitments, and unprofessionalism from porter

I booked Porter for yesterday (07.02.2025) between 5-6 PM, but when I contacted the vendor, he refused to deliver within the scheduled time slot. I repeatedly called Porter customer support, only to be told that I should try convincing the vendor myself—which is absurd, as it was Porter’s responsibility to ensure...

We have booked porter for deleivery for our product to Noida Ref no CR61164417 but porter is not responding and confirning about delivery and not giving any status....

I shipped my stuff beCAuse I shifted from Jaipur to Kolkata. I shipped around 10 boxes through Porter. They charged me a total of around 20-25k. There was a parcel with AWB no: [protected] which did not reach me for a month. Porter said the parcel returned to origin but the contact number written was fake. Then they said they had Aadhar details of the parcel delivered and asked me to wait another 72 hours. Everyday I called but no update....

I had booked a courier through porter services on the 9th of June.

The courier was picked on 10th of June, and the app shows the parcel delivered at Porter Bhiwandi office.
As per the app the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of June. But the parcel has not yet been received.
I have been calling their call center, and as usual they only have one answer, sorry for the inconvenience...

Hi I have booked two wheeler Porter on 1st Apr 2024 to pickup machine equipment from Ekkatutangal, chennai to Thirumudivakkam chennai. Goods Value is Rs.37, 500/-. But still material not delivered. Regarding this issue i raised complaint to Porter Customer care on 2nd Apr 2024. Complaint number is 48083872. I already shared the invoice copy to this whats app number [protected]. But still now i didn't received material or material value cost....

I have booked a parcel via porter on Feb 26th from Pune-Bangalore. The expected delivery date was Mar 1st. The parcel tracking shows that the parcel reached bangalore on Feb 29th, but they havent delivered it yet. When i cal the porter helpline they just say they will do something about it but nothing happens....

Following is the incident -
For delivering goods, Order ID CRN[protected] was generated, whereby your Porter was to collect 115 rupees. As against the same, he collected 140 rupees.
I raised the concern. You withheld porter's service. Porter is now calling me.

Serious concerns :
1) Why my call details are being shared with your Porter.
2) Why you don't protect our identity.
3) Whats this with your porter that he is continuously calling me. Why my safety and privacy being compromised?

I booked porter on 1st February for sending food and a pack of Whey protein worth Rs 5909. The porter called and said that he had lost the parcel on the way . I called support team and they assured me that they would take necessary action and refund my money but no action has been taken. I need to be compensated for the lost goods. On top of that they charged me Rs 230 for the incomplete service....

I have booked porter service for delivering from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon. Driver came back from the mid way complaining about the heavy traffic and asking for the delivery charges. Their customer service is useless, they don't support.

My father has joined as a partner at porter. His experience is very much bad. Porter takes care of customers only and not partners who works for them. When in need - customer care don't support partners at all. Trip fare is too much less which is not really affordable. Partners are doing their job at porter at very less pay. This is not right. I am very much sure that most of the partners who works at porter will say this but they won't say a word about it because they need a job. Porter suspends their partners if the order is cancelled. They applies delay for partners if the order is missed. All these rules are only for the partners and not for customers. Just because the people are in need - they need to work at porter. But porter need to understand it and support for partners. I am raising this complaint at very high importance. Please forward this to porter and try to resolve it.

Today we have booked a porter at 2.45pm(CRN[protected]) from Hoskote to Doddagollarahatti bangalore. The driver has arrived the pickup point at 3.30pm and started the trip but left the pick up point at 5.15pm don't know what he was doing till that time and he didn't anything about the loading of the item as it was done on time when the vehicle was there. After leaving there at 5.30pm he reached the destination place at 10.15pm almost 5hrs he took for 2.30hrs journey. Also in between the trip the driver has gone dinner for almost 45mins without answering our calls. This also has been added to our waiting time. Inspite of their mistake The porter is supporting them and charged heavily for us. They have charged Rs. 4477 for the trip of Rs. 3150.
Every time they are charging more than the bill amount. Every time complain to customer care but they support the driver even itz their fault and charge us more. Please take necessary action on them, they are legally doing fraud. These people make these things for the waiting charge, intentionally they increase the waiting period by doing their personal things. Please take necessary action on them.

I send a package from Gurgaon to Delhi on[protected] and since then have been trying to follow up on delivery, but not getting any response from e mail or phone. In fact, the call center says "There is no booking from your end in our system!" How absurd! Looks like a fraud company.

I had booked an packers and movers service on 13th from Ghaziabad to Kanpur, in this order I had booked 3 layer packing but they had packed only in foam sheet, during this order 2 of my parcels were misplaced out of 1 found near service lift at my old location and another one is still not found. Their service partner is saying that they can take responsibility for the material loaded in their truck.

The packers and movers from porter came and asked for an additional 3.5k on top of the booking amount shown in the app. Since I had to move that day, I paid it. After the stuff was moved, I saw that they broke my TV. The screen was damaged completely. It’s a big loss for me. I called porter to report about this but they said they can’t help with damaged goods. What’s the point of hiring “professionals” if they are not liable to...

Porter courier service lost my parcel & delivered wrong product to client, There are files & papers are in my parcel they lost it after too many days.
I set delivery from Dombilvi to Chembur in mumbai it self at 10th September 2023 & they delivered it at 24th September 2023 that also after too many calls & follow up & also wrong parcel.
Customer care also dosn't provide any detail of my lost parcel. today 30th sep 2023 and I recived wrong parcel at 24th September. its been 7 days no one is helping me to find my parcel. i send them all the imgaes of before after deliver about my shipment but they didnt reply at all.
it is very important papers of mine kindly help me in this matter.
atleast give me the location so that i can collect y myself.

I've placed an order to be delivered at Hyderabad and the agent took the parcel from me and later it showed like in transit for 10 days. There is no option to cancel the order and get it back. My order details are below please check and file a complaint against the porter. I have contacted them number of times and wrote many mails but I didn't get proper response.

I booked a 3 wheeler truck for my luggage transport in Bangalore. The amount showed was 348 and so I recharged my wallet and booked it. Once the drop of luggage completed it showed I have to pay 266 extra and the reason was pick/drop location changed but it was not true. So I paid the amount later I contacted customer care he said 20 km was added that's why but the distance was not even 5km. Then he contacted driver of that 3 wheeler and...

My vendor Mr. Dinesh Mera had booked porter on my behalf. CRN[protected], Mr. Yash Singh from porter (Mobile no. [protected] ) was assigned from porter, after delivery completion my vendor paid the amount on porter, but Mr. Yash stated payment was not received and requested to pay on his above-mentioned number. and if payment is done twice he promised to refund so i transferred the amount of Rs. 301/- to his above-mentioned mobile via gpay, payment is paid to portal as well as to Mr Singh, he stopped picking up calls.
Please look into the matter and provide refund

I am booked all india parcel services with INR 354 final amount which I pre-paid. Now the company is not delivering my parcel mentioning that diameters of carton is not matching as per the required diameters and I need to pay INR 480 extra to receive the parcel. The company never informed me this extra payment amount earlier, how can they derive the amount later on and hold off my parcel.

Porter delivered my products to forever office, mumbai. Forever company is running in 160+ countries and it's original branch is in USA. Mumbai forever office employees sent those products to forever's original branch without opening it and bcoz the branch is in foreign so it took a month to reach my products. And I was about to receive ₹27000 of those products. But i just received ₹15000. And they told me that your products worth ₹12000...

I resently joined porter partner app in 22 April. But porter partner app not given me any order. And I call porter partner costumer care executive, executive name Riya dutta she used wrong language.and not solution my concern.
Please do any action this executive against.

We booked porter on 30 April 2023, we take driver + labour option n in porter app my total amount showing 800 only, we shifted banglore neeladri 4 th cross to 10 th cross only under 1 km. Company subcontracted local agency for packing and moving. They broke my expensive and precious crockery. Company took no responsibility, and left it to me to sort out with agency. Finally company made me villan as if I was raising a false complaint and closed it. The agent called me to request withdrawal of complaint. Requests to company to escalate the complaint went unheeded. Never again will I use them or speak positively about them
