Stolen/missing product

I have booked Porter mover and packers services for my house shifting and they have stolen my water purifier and never returned. I have been following up with them on the same from last 21 days and the entire team just try to manipulate only and do not help.

Regarding house shifting

I am extremely frustrated with the complete mismanagement, false commitments, and unprofessionalism from porter

courier not delivered

I had booked a courier through porter services on the 9th of June.
( Mumbai to Goa )
The courier was picked on 10th of June, and the app shows the parcel delivered at Porter Bhiwandi office.
As per the app the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of June. But the parcel has not yet been received.
I have been calling their call center, and as usual they only have one answer, sorry for the inconvenience...

Parcel not delivered and no response from company

The parcel tracking shows that the parcel reached bangalore on Feb 29th, but they havent delivered it yet. Falsely charged extra amount and not refunded the extra amount.

I booked a 3 wheeler truck for my luggage transport in Bangalore. The amount showed was 348 and so I recharged my wallet and booked it. Once the drop of luggage completed it showed I have to pay 266 extra and the reason was pick/drop location changed but it was not true.       I shipped my stuff beCAuse I shifted from Jaipur to Kolkata. I shipped around 10 boxes through Porter. They charged me a total of around 20-25k. There was a parcel with AWB no: [protected] which did not reach me for a month. Porter said the parcel returned to origin but the contact number written was fake. Then they said they had Aadhar details of the parcel delivered and asked me to wait another 72 hours. Everyday I called but no update. After 2 weeks they informed my parcel is lost. Then they asked me to provide GST invoice of my items of a refund of only 5k. Although my items were much more. I told them I definitely do not have GST invoice for all my personal stuff but they told me it is necessary for refund. I did mail them GST invoices of the ones I had within the time frame they mentioned. Then after 2 weeks they called me during my working hours, I couldn't pick up. Called them back but their representative had no clue about it. Again they called me during my working hours twice. Whenever I called them back, they are clueless. Still neither have I received any refund amount, nor any shipping refund literally nothing. I want a refund of at least 25k INR for the loss and also the harassment I am facing for months.         1) Why my call details are being shared with your Porter.
        2) Why you don't protect our identity.
        3) Whats this with your porter that he is continuously calling me. Why my safety and privacy being compromised?

            Raising a complaint against porter.
            porter partner is the one who works for porter i.e. Driver
            My father has joined as a partner at porter. His experience is very much bad. Porter takes care of customers only and not partners who works for them. When in need - customer care don't support partners at all. Trip fare is too much less which is not really affordable. Partners are doing their job at porter at very less pay. This is not right. I am very much sure that most of the partners who works at porter will say this but they won't say a word about it because they need a job. Porter suspends their partners if the order is cancelled. They applies delay for partners if the order is missed. All these rules are only for the partners and not for customers. Just because the people are in need - they need to work at porter. But porter need to understand it and support for partners. I am raising this complaint at very high importance. Please forward this to porter and try to resolve it.

              Today we have booked a porter at 2.45pm(CRN[protected]) from Hoskote to Doddagollarahatti bangalore. The driver has arrived the pickup point at 3.30pm and started the trip but left the pick up point at 5.15pm don't know what he was doing till that time and he didn't anything about the loading of the item as it was done on time when the vehicle was there. After leaving there at 5.30pm he reached the destination place at 10.15pm almost 5hrs he took for 2.30hrs journey. Also in between the trip the driver has gone dinner for almost 45mins without answering our calls. This also has been added to our waiting time. Inspite of their mistake The porter is supporting them and charged heavily for us. They have charged Rs. 4477 for the trip of Rs. 3150.
              Every time they are charging more than the bill amount. Every time complain to customer care but they support the driver even itz their fault and charge us more. Please take necessary action on them, they are legally doing fraud. These people make these things for the waiting charge, intentionally they increase the waiting period by doing their personal things. Please take necessary action on them.

                  I had booked an packers and movers service on 13th from Ghaziabad to Kanpur, in this order I had booked 3 layer packing but they had packed only in foam sheet, during this order 2 of my parcels were misplaced out of 1 found near service lift at my old location and another one is still not found. Their service partner is saying that they can take responsibility for the material loaded in their truck.

                    The packers and movers from porter came and asked for an additional 3.5k on top of the booking amount shown in the app. Since I had to move that day, I paid it. After the stuff was moved, I saw that they broke my TV. The screen was damaged completely. It’s a big loss for me. I called porter to report about this but they said they can’t help with damaged goods. What’s the point of hiring “professionals” if they are not liable to all? According to porter, if during the move, the movers decided to just steal all the items and never return, it’s the fault of the customer for trusting porter in the first place.
                    I have notified Porter multiple times and have received no resolution.
                    This is clearly customer exploitation.

[protected] ) was assigned from porter, after delivery completion my vendor paid the amount on porter, but Mr. Yash stated payment was not received and requested to pay on his above-mentioned number. and if payment is done twice he promised to refund so i transferred the amount of Rs. 301/- to his above-mentioned mobile via gpay, payment is paid to portal as well as to Mr Singh, he stopped picking up calls.

                            I am booked all india parcel services with INR 354 final amount which I pre-paid. Now the company is not delivering my parcel mentioning that diameters of carton is not matching as per the required diameters and I need to pay INR 480 extra to receive the parcel.                               Porter delivered my products to forever office, mumbai. Forever company is running in 160+ countries and it's original branch is in USA. Mumbai forever office employees sent those products to forever's original branch without opening it and bcoz the branch is in foreign so it took a month to reach my products. And I was about to receive ₹27000 of those products. But i just received ₹15000. And they told me that your products worth ₹12000 are damaged. I'm in loss now because of porter. I complained it to porter and asked my loss amount. They told me that according to their terms and conditions i should complain about damaged products within 24 hours. How am I supposed to complaint about it in a day if the receiver lives in foreign and they responded about my damaged products after a month. I understand porter's terms but it it's not even my fault that the forever company is such a big company that they can't respond me within 24 hrs. I even told porter that please atleast provide me three fourth amount of my loss but they just don't want to. Please help!
