Sir, I made an order for a Portoblend blender on 2/1/21, the order number for which is #4319. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreacheable/invalid.
I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreacheable/invalid.When I try to go to the tracking site I am directed to this site :https://portoblend.com/[protected]/orders/80c5d1d3a8ebc3c32f43431b747fbf2d/auth...⇄

I have already paid Rs.299 online towards the product.Please let me know what is the status of the money paid for the product.Can I be refunded the amount and the order cancelled ?

My order number for Portoblender is 1445, dated 24th December. It is not yet delivered till date. I had paid through internet banking. Will I get or forget the product. I had already sent 2 complaints No response from your side.

My order number for Portoblender is 2460, dated 31st December. It is not yet delivered till date. I had paid through internet banking. Can you investigate and confirm will I get my product or not? Now unable to track the order anywhere.

Please response and deliver the order at the earliest.
