Portoblend — Not received the product still

I placed an order for a PortOBlend portable juicer blender on 22/12/2020, the order number for which is #1138. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreacheable/invalid.

I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreacheable/invalid.When I try to go to the tracking site the message is displayed "Site currently unavailable"

I have already paid Rs.399 online towards the product.

Payment has been deducted through razor pay but till now no delivery status and update.And my order #1138 Want my refund.
