Hi, after 20 days of ordering the product they refuse to pick up my calls or reply to my messages. As the product was an exchange item thus the payment was already done, the first product which was cash on delivery was delivered 2 days after ordering, the second product never got delivered. They don't answer calls or messages. Even calling repeatedly that if you are unable to deliver kindly just refund the money they are not acknowledging the complaint.
