Cheap product sent not shown as same in picture. And said it can’t be refunded like what man I wanted my 1700 rs on this shot they were rude. And when I told them to send the original pics of other product which I want they said they don’t have and sent the pics of other products which I don’t want. Why do I sacrifice my liking with their availability....

This site has been cheating customers by showing designer pictures and selling poor quality replica. I ordered a saree for 2050 and the stuff I have got .. I cannot gift the same to my maid too. I had ordered a dress from this website through their Instagram page. The dress looked very pretty and price was 2050.When asked for more pictures, they replied saying that's the only picture they have and that the dress is made only on order basis. The dress received is in a very bad quality and no where close to what was shown on their website.
When asked to return, they said no refund but only exchange....

I didn't get what i ordered. When I called she said she will exchange in 4 days. I asked her to refund as I won't require it after 4 days. She has made a mistake so she must do this at least. Hi, after 20 days of ordering the product they refuse to pick up my calls or reply to my messages. As the product was an exchange item thus the payment was already done, the first product which was cash on delivery was delivered 2 days after ordering, the second product never got delivered. From posaakh team some komal has texted me to transfer 150 rupees to courier the exchange product in advance plus choose the product which i want in exchange. So i have done the said things same day. And now it has been more than a month neither i have received the parcel nor received any confirmation from posaakh team this company is fraud worst experience ever....

On 01-dec-2018, i ordered a yellow and pink ghagra online through posaakh. On 04-dec-2018, i received the ghagra through fedex but the product was completely different. The color was yellow and red. The material was claimed to be net with sequin work, but it only embroidery on low quality net that was torn. They fail to respond once the ghagra is received.

Very very very bad product. We got a lehenga delivered to bangalore yesterday and it was an absolute disaster. The photo in website is completely different from the product sent to us.. I placed the order on 25th September and on 1st Oct they said that the product has been shipped but I never received it and they never replied to any of my messages thereafter. I have even asked them to just refund my money and let me be done with it but they still wouldn't reply and neither are sending my package.

Never order from this company.. They will show up something else and send a cheap quality outfit.. Once u tfr the money u have to chase them for days to send the product.
