Poshure — Return and refund

I have paid rs 599/- for buy 1 get 1 but received a single bottle of Brighten Stone
crystal plating agent.
Mailed them multiple times at [protected]@poshure.com from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com but reply received.
I want then to refund my amount for the product I didn't received from their end.
