I had purchased two pairs of the Swift elastic men's track pants (buy one get one) and paid 999/- for them as COD.

After opening the packet, I realized that, the track pants are smaller than the size XXL mentioned on the site.
I wanted to return them immediately and get back the amount I paid.
As per their site, I mailed to the [protected]@poshure.com mail id but no responses received even after multiple attempts.
The contact number printed on the delivery slip is a bogus number.
On their website they mention quality service and return policy but not at all reliable

Ordered a triangular mop from poshure. Recieved defective package. Product was defective too. Quality was very cheap n poor. Surely a fraud company. Tried to request for return but site is showing error.

The product that i ordered is absolutely fake. Now that i want to return it using their contact number, it seems that the number is invalid. It was a waste of money.

I purchased a table top fan for Rs. 1, 199. The item delivered is not as per the specification and is not in working. We want to return the item and get the money back. While purchasing they say that 60 days return and 5 days refund as per policy. When I raised a request for a refund, there was no response from their customer care as it seemed they didn't have one.

I ordered a mini shaver worth 999 rs, the company clearly mentioned 60 days return policy but as soon as i went to return it since the shaver was completely useless n came broken, there was no return link. The customer support is also scam, no one will answer your calls on emails

I ordered an abs shaper from this website, but they sent something else as the product did not match the pictures displayed on the website, they claim a 60 days money back guarantee on the product but they are not replying to my mails, neither clearly stating the refund process. No customer complaint number is mentioned and you can only mail them for which they dont reply.

We had order for mini shaver against your offer one for one but your vendor and courier has deliver only one against full payment of 1000 Rs So either i
will return this or send me second which is due to me otherwise I will have to make appropriate action against you

I have ordered(order 263242) 2 qty (buy 1 + get 1) of hair serum and I have received only 2 bottles of hair serum whereas I was supposed to receive 4 bottles of hair serum. Also in there ad they have mentioned the qty of 60ml+60ml on 1 qty whereas I have recieved two bottles of 30ml each only on 2 qtys. This is a fraud and needs resolution at the earliest.
Please note that this comes under IPC section 420. If this matter is not resolved within 7 days I will be forced to lodge the police complaint against you.

I ordered Ezydust x 1 no. on the Poshure website on May 27, 2023, for the cost of Rs. 699 through the LazyPay option (transaction number TXN[protected] for Rs. 699). The product has not yet been delivered to me. LazyPay customer care has been calling invariably to make the payment of Rs. 699 plus late fee charges for the product that was not delivered. I wrote a letter to the merchandise and got the response through mail. It has been more than two weeks since the product was delivered, and there is no contact number or address on the company website.

As per my order number 208409 the item not delivered

. A wrong and duplicate product has been delivered to me also against order No. 218059. It appears that the firm is defrauding the customers all over India. Even my E mails in this regard to the Company on e mail ID, [protected]@poshure.com have gone unanswered. Stringent action needs to be taken against the company.

As per my order number 223927 where I had placed order for Anti ageing dark circle serum I had received collapsible steel stick .
So kindly do the needful at the earliest .

Order Green tea herbal face mask via Order ID: 204134 dated 17th April 2023. What was delivered was under eye cream under half the price of the ordered item. Escalated via email ([protected]@poshure.com). No update from poshure on resolution of this matter. I would need a refund or shipment of the product I had ordered.

I am writing to report a complaint about the products that were delivered to me on 29.03.2023 & 24.03.2023. I had placed orders with ID 178609 and 287283, and I received the wrong products for both orders. As it was a COD order I had paid the amount but these products are of no use to me.
I am requesting that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would like to receive the correct products for my orders as soon as possible, and I hope that you can expedite the process to minimize any further inconvenience to me.
There is no address or phone no available for communication and processing of complain in this website .
