My mother in law took medication for her knee pain for the period of 6 months, that was actually a 1 year course and we already made full payment of 1 year ( i.e., Rs.10000 only). However, they already told us that they would refund us money in case we stop to take medication. We have stopped it after six months and now they have to return our money for six months (i.e., 5000). But they just returned Rs.3000, the remaining amount they denied to return.
