I am writing this on the Homeopathy clinic, In hyderabad telangana there is well know Homoepathy clinic.
We have taken a treatment for, thyriod, piles and tonsilities. They offered us 30k total treatment package for all diseases and after negotiation they agree in 24000/- for all treatment and duration given 2 years for completion of the treatment course.

They have allotted a Doctor her name is Dr. Chaitanya at Kachiguda. Hyderabad.

Dr. Chaitanya always speak very cool and but no proper treatment, and she only wants to talk to the patient when someone tried to talk to her regarding the treatment she stops talking with attender, because she wants the person who does not speak much about the treatment.

We visited almost 2 years and not even single disease got cured.

They guaranteed within 2 years my wife get cured with all disease as mentioned above, but nothing happened.

She always says "I am giving medicine, it will get cured" thats it.

Frankly speak, we have wasted our lot of time and also my hard earned money.

Many many times I have given the feedback to the main branch no one is bother about to take the complain

They are just working only for the sake of salary or money.

I highly recommend to everyone don't go at this clinic - on the name of medicine they are just giving sugar pills

I suman reddy (A4-2422/vj) started treatment in dr.care since last yr.we paid for 1yr course.but they sent only 11months medicine.now saying that course is competed.but no relief for my problem..no change in my health issue since 1yr.regularly used medicine.but no result...treatment from diamond park visakhapatnam branch...they are saying to pay again..waste of my time& money...

With reference to the above i would like to bring to your notice that i have already communicated to you in person and thereafter through telephonic conversation wherein i conveyed my clear intention regarding discontinuation of my treatment which i under took from your jaynagar homeopathy clinic.

The reason for discontinuation in brief is that i started to have side effects of the medicine wherein i had to face lot of problem like itching, rashes and i also got boils all over my body and was feeling very uncomfortable. I have informed your dr that the medicine administered was not compatible to me and i wish to discontinue the further treatment.

I had taken the facility for a period of one year and have paid rs 15000 in advance vide receipt no. K[protected] dated[protected].in this regard i claim my refund for the unused period, medication and consultation which i am not going to avail due to the reason mentioned above

Since i am not utilising your services it is justifiable on my part to claim the refund.

This is Sanjay from Saudi Arabia. I went to Positive homeopathy vikramapuri branch, way back in june 2015. I spoke to the manager, i think Mr. Nageshwara Rao. He said the cost of treatment will be approx 42k. But i said as per your website it is 36K . So he agreed for it and I paid him 16k at the same time by debit card. And balance half will be paid later. This is accepted by so called Manager.Then i paid 3k towards the courrier charges for second 6 month package to be send to Saudi Arabia.
Doctor Kapil is a nice gentle man here in this center, who treated my wife.
So we took the medicine for six months and went back to Saudi Arabia. Before completing the first six month medicine, we called for the second six month package to be courried. This fellow dont know the rule and regulations of the courier guys whether they can send the medical courier to saudi arabia. He tried here and there and almost 15 days later told us that he cannot send the courier and he can hand over to any one in the twin cities. Luckly one of my friend came and India for vacation in Jan 2016 and this Mr. Venketeshwara rao has given the the medicines to my friend.
We received the items and bit happy . We did not even open the parcel as we have to complete the first six months dosage. One fine morning when we opened the medicines cover to start for the 2nd six month course, we were at a shock to see the medicines which has to go to USA has come to us.

This the way this idiot does this.
Again one of our friend came to India in March 2016 with whom we got the replacement of the medicines. So here 2 months breakage occured in the continuous process for 3 yrs.

And we came in June 2016 for our annual vacation. We called this idiotic fellow stating that we came and we want to collect the items for the 3rd six months . This fellow said that will be fine and asked us to collect the medicines after a week days. As we were busy we could not go as per his date. And again i got the call that our medicines were ready for collection. So i went to collect the medicines. Now the story starts.

This idiot is not there. His asst a lady was there, she asked me to pay 16 k for second year . I was shocked to hear that. He told that the total cost of medicine is 48k out of which i paid 16k and for second year i have to pay 16 k again. After almost an hour arguement over phone i got angry and i came out of the office saying that i don't require the medicines.

And i drew my car towards medchel for some work. On my way I got a call for this lady saying that he accepted for the 36k. And asked me to collect the medicines. I said no, and also i told them to send the items to my home in mallapur. They said that they will send the medicines and asked me to pay the delivery person balance 16 k. I asked them to issue me a letter that the total cost of the medicine for 3 yrs is 36k on their letter head and send with the delivery boy along with the medicine. But i did not receive the items and any call till i left to Saudi arabia on 7th of August 2016.

SO GUYS BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU GO TO POSITITIVE HOMEOPATHY.

My mother in law took medication for her knee pain for the period of 6 months, that was actually a 1 year course and we already made full payment of 1 year ( i.e., Rs.10000 only). However, they already told us that they would refund us money in case we stop to take medication. We have stopped it after six months and now they have to return our money for six months (i.e., 5000). But they just returned Rs.3000, the remaining amount they denied to return. We took the treatment from September 2015 to February 2016.

My daughter went to positive homeopathy, mehdipatnam branch, hyderabad, for the treatment of poly - cystic ovarian disorder (Pcod) & tinea versicolor (A fungal skin condition which causes white, scaly and itchy patches) we had consultations with two different doctors at the same branch. One asked us to go for homeopathy along with allopathy for fast resolution of the issue and the other told us that the issue would be 100% resolved with homeopathy alone and that allopathy would interfere with their treatment. We were told that the pcod would be resolved completely within 1year but the medicines would have to be continued for another 6months. We were asked to pay rs. 19, 500/_ for the entire treatment at one go. We negotiated to pay in 3 installments of rs. 6500/ - each every 6months. 2months into the treatment we were told that we had to pay another installment immediately to stay in the same package otherwise we would be charged extra from the next installment. We ended up paying rs13000/ - within 2months of starting medicines.
My daughter was asked not to take any allopathy medicine in any form whatsoever. Since she suffers from migraines she always used to take paracetamol for it but was asked not to take even paracetamol. They said they would give medication for it. And so her treatment started. Today as i write this it has been 1year, 1month since she started taking their medicines. There has not been any change whatsoever in her pcod and the menstrual pain during the time has become so bad that she could hardly move. And her skin condition that used to be two small patches of 1cm on her right fore arm and one on the forehead has become so bad that it has spread covering the entire right forearm and her whole forehead and the sides of her nose, so much so that going out in public had become an issue for her. The migraine headaches that she used to suffer with earlier at least twice a month started lasting for 2 - 3days at a stretch. Their medicine for headaches and menstrual pain is as good as taking no medicines.
My daughter has not missed a single dose of their medicine. She has also met with their so - called "senior" doctors every 1 - 2months. They have taken her entire case study about 4times so far. And everytime during the past year whenever we questioned them as to why there was no result and why the skin condition and headaches were worsening they kept telling us that we have changed the medicine this time or given a higher dose this time it will work etc etc but it hasnt. 10months into the treatment when her headaches had gotten so very severe and started lasting for 2 - 3days the same doctor who had told us to refrain from taking allopathy meds asked us to take paracetamol tablets saying paracetamol does not interfere with their homeopathy medicines. When we questioned her as to why she had very emphatically told us not to take even a paracetamol from the beginning, all she did was smile.
They then started asking us to pay the next installment. We questioned them very strongly as to what kind of medicines they were giving, they said they cannot disclose their medicines. They then got us to meet a new "senior" doctor of their's who said he was starting the treatment afresh and so we had to extend my treatment by another 1year. They started saying that we had told you from the beginning that the treatment was for 2yrs. When we argued with them as to what they meant by "starting treatment afresh" and what they had been doing for the past 1year they started giving excuses saying if someone has only pcod it would have been treated by now but if there are other underlying conditions like thyroid it will take longer. We then informed them that we had gotten all the required tests done as asked by their doctors, including thyroid tests which had come back normal and there were no underlying conditions. The "doctor" then said the underlying condition that she was referring to was migraine. We were shocked as to what kind of doctor would give such lame excuses. If these are the kind of excuses they would give to people with a science background, we wonder how they would fool those who know nothing about the human body.
Bottom line is we are out of rs13000/ - and wasted over a year of precious time with their "treatment" during which our daughter suffered a lot of pain, physical & emotional, most of which was avoidable.

We went for the treatment in positive homeopathy Mehdipatnam brance for my wife Thyroid problem, we took treatment for a year but before joining she had normal level, when she starting taking medicines in positive homeopathy 8 months suffered with irregular menstrual and Insulin levels gone high that she is suffering with Diabetic now.

They could not give the proper medicine and not diagnosed the problem exactly. Could anybody help me to take action on Positive homeopathy, I wish no body wants to suffer with culprit and false medicines and doctors, they are not doctors actually. Please join with us to eradicate these people who bothers about the money collection but not for the treatment.

I visited positive homeopathy clinic in Anna Nagar Chennai last week and after consultation they asked me to pay Rs.300 without any prescription. Also they wanted me to take a package for one year for Rs. 15000 for medicines. They have simply cheated me for a mere discussion without any prescription or medicines. They say that Homeopathy is the cheapest form of medicines but clinics like these cheat people on their money. I want suitable compensation from these people for having wasted my time and money without letting me know about their package details prior to consultation.

My wife had skin problems and we started treatment with Positive Homeopathy. There was no change for 3 months and then, condition started worsening. When we started inquiring, they told that they are doing favour and helping us! When they take one year fees in advance, how can they do FAVOUR to patient? Also, they said - they dont have any clue - they dont know how to treat - they can just try different medicines. This is not acceptable from any doctor.
Also, we asked for senior doctor and they are only available sometime. Also, they gave same reply that we dont know disease - we can just try different medicines - if it helps, you are lucky. Rather, as a side effect, it may worsen your case the way its happening - and you should not complain!!
Now, we are saying - you give us refund if you dont know treatment - that also they are not ready to give.
They should be completely banned from practicing and putting people in health danger and looting money.
