[Resolved]  First Flight Courier Company Ltd — CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED

www.shopclues.com an online shopping portal claims to have sent a consignment of mine by firstflight courier vide awb no.ZD7618256 on 15/12/2012 when i shopped online from its portal.It has been 13 days and i haven't received the consignment neither firstflight nor shopclues is giving any clarifications regarding the same.The web tracking system of first flight shows tracking details till 17th.dec 2012 after that there is no track status of it.The Indore hub says they have sent it to Jabalpur and JABALPUR hub says that the consignment has been dispatched.
THEY HAVE SURELY LOST IT AND AREN'T OWING FOR IT.
HORRIBLE SERVICE DON'T EVER USE FIRST FLIGHT
THEY CHEAT AND ROB IN THE NAME OF COURIERS
