I have been sent a consignment with consignment no. B11546789 from flipkat.com through First flight couriers Ltd. which was urgent and was supposed to reach its destination, Dibrugarh by 9th Feb, 2013. My consignment was dispatched by flipkart.com on 6th feb,2013. Today its 13th feb and is almost a week since it was sent by consignor. I am indeed angry and dissatisfied with this hopeless courier service which still says that my courier is in transit. They didnt even respond to my e-mails when I wrote to them citing my problem. I don't understand how can it take such a long time to deliver the parcel. I ordered another item from another renowned online shopping site and they sent the consignment on 7th feb, 2013 through DTDC courier service and I am very glad that I received my parcel well before expected time i.e on 11th feb.
I want that some action must be taken against first flight courier service for their worthless service and for harassing the customers that way. Was this information helpful? |
