We ordered for 5 nos. CCTV Cameras from Hong Kong via eBay, but received only 3 nos. When I collected the package from the post office and open it, it had 4 boxes. Out of these, 1 box was empty and 3 content Cameras in it. According to Hong Kong Customs Declaration form the packet had 5 Cameras in it. When we contacted the seller, he asked for lose item report from the side post office. But Indore Head Post Office is not ready to provide the same and help us in any manner.
