We ordered for 5 nos. CCTV Cameras from Hong Kong via eBay, but received only 3 nos. When I collected the package from the post office and open it, it had 4 boxes. Out of these, 1 box was empty and 3 content Cameras in it. According to Hong Kong Customs Declaration form the packet had 5 Cameras in it. I have booked some educational certificate by speed post from Post Office, Lakheri, Bundi, Rajasthan on 04.01.2010 to be delivered at Rourkela, Orissa but it is not delivered till date. I contacted the concerned post office and registered a complaint but after follow up since last three months no positive reply is made from them.
Can anybody guide me what can I do in that case?
