[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance (pli) — Amount is debited from a/c but but online PLI portal shows payment pending

Sir/Madam,
I have paid a PLI premium of Rs 8580/- for the duration from 10/01/2020 to 30/11/2020 through the BHIM Mobile app on 22/11/2020, The amount is debited from my account, and in the BHIM app, it shows the transaction is successful. But the amount is not credited to my PLI account and PLI online portal still shows payment is pending. More details are as follows,
