Pothi.com — Purchase order not received

I purchased a book under Order No. 375958 on 14.09.2026. However, even after 10 days, the order status is still showing as “Printing.” Could you please let me know how much longer it will take for the book to be dispatched and the expected date of delivery? Thank you.
