Pothi.com — Regarding Non-Delivery / False Shipping Status and Invalid Blue Dart Tracking

I am filing this complaint against Pothi.com, operated by Mudranik Technologies Pvt Ltd, for deficiency in service, misleading shipping information, and failure to provide a valid courier tracking number.

Order & Shipping Details:

The order was placed on Pothi.com for a printed book.
The order status was marked as “Shipped” on 19 January 2026.
The courier mentioned was Blue Dart
The tracking ID provided in the app is [protected].

Issue Faced

Even after more than 9 days since the order was marked shipped, the provided tracking ID shows “No records found” on Blue Dart’s official tracking system. This indicates that the shipment has either:

Not been physically handed over to Blue Dart, or
An incorrect / inactive tracking number has been provided.

In standard courier practice, Blue Dart shipments appear in their system immediately after pickup, at least as “Shipment Information Received.” The complete absence of any record strongly suggests non-dispatch despite the order being marked as shipped.

Nature of Deficiency

Marking an order as shipped without actual dispatch.
Providing a tracking number that does not exist in the courier’s system.
Lack of transparency and proper communication regarding dispatch status.
Unreasonable delay without justification.

This conduct is misleading and causes mental harassment, especially when the customer is left without any way to trace the parcel.

Relief Sought

I request the forum’s intervention to direct Pothi.com to:

Clearly confirm whether the book has actually been dispatched.

Provide a valid and active Blue Dart AWB number, or

Issue a full refund, including shipping charges, if dispatch has not occurred.

Take corrective action to prevent such misleading shipping practices in the future.

I am attaching relevant screenshots of the order status and the invalid tracking result for reference.

I am filing this complaint in good faith after reasonable waiting and without receiving a satisfactory explanation from the seller.
