Hi, we had purchased the treadmill tdm 101 on 22nd jan 2021 and it broke down on 2nd September. After raising the complaint the service person came on 14th sept after 12 days of repeated follow up and told that one faulty part needs to be replaced and will be dispatched directly to your address. Since then I have been follow up with the company they are not responding. Was this information helpful? |
