Product died with a spark in over 1 year & very limited usage, PCB & motor got so called damaged. Visiting charges no less than 1, 500 and now asking 4, 000 for PCB repair and then too after more than a month.

No safety of any kind, no fuse? The entire system burns down to ashes or what?

Do not buy their products, they are not serious about the business and just making money!!...

My service no V237623 is pending from last 4 months and the technician came and made the repair and closed it but the same issue occurred again. When I reopened the ticket no response now I am having a dumb treadmill sitting for last 4 months. Anybody please help to put these guys to task . Please dont ever buy a product from powermax.

We have already made all the payments and equipment’s are delivered however along with this the registered dealer had also committed to supply us various accessories . We have been following up now for more then two weeks, everyday we are listening a new story from him and finally we have lost patience as its impacting our business and we are suffering client loss due to this

Hi, we had purchased the treadmill tdm 101 on 22nd jan 2021 and it broke down on 2nd September. After raising the complaint the service person came on 14th sept after 12 days of repeated follow up and told that one faulty part needs to be replaced and will be dispatched directly to your address. Since then I have been follow up with the company they are not responding....

I purchased a TDM98 treadmill in February 2021, which malfunctioned in July 2021. The company's technician after examining the product, concluded a faulty PCB and suggested that I raise a ticket request. I raised the request V710072 on Aug 2, 2021 and did not receive any response for a full month. Every time I contacted their office, I got a reply that they were apparently not able to source the PCB. After a further week, their warehouse team asked me to send across my damaged PCB and promised that they would try to fix it in a week's time. It has been a full month since I dispatched the PCB and they have not responded at all. They have blocked me and are not responding to my calls. They have also not replied to my email. And all this after my product is in warranty! This is a FRAUDULENT company which is on the lookout for gullible customers. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY. You will repent as I have.

Auto lubrication system of my treadmill is not working for so many months and I lodged complaint on 17 Aug 21. An advance payment of Rs.1500/- was also made on 27 Aug 21 as desired by them but no technician is detailed so far.

I purchased a Powermax treadmill in May 2018. This was sparingly used by me. This year March when i was using it there was a sound and it stopped working. I contacted their customer care team and requested service. I got a call from their Mumbai service agency and upfront there were asking for 1500/- to be paid for a service person to come to my place. These people know the poor quality of their product and mostly sure that most of the customers...

Powermax Fitness received the order on 12 th of June . They have sent the product through Delhivery. This product was in Kolkata till 18th June. And this product is roaming here and there in Kolkata itself.But they are providing update due to manpower issue of the courier not able to deliver. I want to talk with their leadership team as well. But one lady Swapna basically told me very rudely whatever I can do they have no issue.
Continuous fake commitment and eager to deliver on time basically misguided me and create mental harassment. I told them compensate me as my good amount is blocked by them more than expected without delivery.

It is sheer discerning to mention that i ordered 2 commercial treadmills from powermax fitness in coordination with the sales representative satish pathak which was delivered on '12th sept, 2018'. After receiving the product, it was installed properly however the very next day it stopped functioning. We called "mr satish" to fix the problem which took 6 days for resolution. Just after 2 days the product failed to function again. Looking at the ignorant service response just after the sale it irked me a lot and hence i decided to replace the product. Mr satish reassured me that the product will be replaced after seven days. Thereafter i waited for 7 days in view of the product replacement however when i called back he stopped receiving my calls. After many attempts connected with him he always asked for 2-3 more days of time for replacement despite of several escalations however no result was delivered which led to an impasse situation. The overall process galloped almost a month time and since the product was financed on consumer durable loan, the emi payment date has approached.

Now the bank is not ready to cancel the loan and mentioned that the cancellation of loan can be done only with the consent of merchant. If that is the case then what about customers grievances if he is not happy with the product and powermax representative is so discourteous and ignorant with the customer services interaction. Considering these inconsistencies, i have decided to return the product and demand cancellation of loan. Also i have logged a complaint with the bank providing a detailed information of the same. Please do the needful as it has already led to the loss of my valuable time and efforts.

Powermaxfitness fraud sales team members provides false information. They state different price for same product. Once you followup with their team they will misguide you by saying that the product is out of stock or the product is not available at their store. They have many negative reviews and complaints as well on different portals like powermaxfitness facebook page and their google business listing page. I have aslo heard that they mistreat their employees the example of which is available on justdial. Their sales team also visit at home to sell treadmills and if they find female customers then they try to sexually harass by touching them and if female customer complaints about the staff of powermaxfitness they threat them. Beware of hungry staff of powermaxfitness who miscommunicate to the customers and make them fool.

PowermaxFitness complaints.
Their sales team members quotes different price for same product for different location. If they have 20 sales professionals then everyone says different price for same product. In the end, they say that the product is out of stock and this happened to many people. I have seen the other bad reviews and complaints on PowermaxFitness facebook page and google map page also. I highly disrecommend to even think of this fraud company PowermaxFitness.
